As most of Newfoundlanders are of Irish descent, this day does not go past unnoticed!!

Snow anyone?

Some help would be appreciated!
The snow bank closest to the road reaches half way up my thigh....
And all this came down during a few hours last night, my driveway was all dry and snow free until last night...!

But at least the crazy wind has stopped, and it is sunny and nice now!

Can't see? Well, that is why they call it white-out conditions!
Office is closed today, so I will go back to bed! Did not sleep too good last night, as my house kept moving!

Saturday night was the night of the balloons! And great company! When you invite a whole crowd of construction people you never know what will happen!

Today Tess is moving home to Bergen! A sad day in St Johns!

Today's excursion!

The pink boots got a nice excursion today!
In the beautiful winter sunshine we had a drive around the Bull Arm site!
This is the bund wall, completed a few weeks ago. We are slowly getting nearer a dry dock to build the GBS in! Now all frozen now though! As it is minus 15 degrees....
