Back in cold cold St. John's

Brrrrr.... is all I can say!
Leaving sunny Oslo with 25-30 degrees to 6 degree in SJ was a little harder than expected! But I always try to be positive, and think, well, it can only be better.... but no, I was very wrong!

Check out the weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow (May 29.... yes, May-month!) : Cloudy. Rain showers or ice pellets beginning early this evening then changing to wet flurries this evening and ending after midnight. Risk of thundershowers early this evening. Rainfall amount 2 to 4 mm. Local snow and ice pellet amount 2 cm. Wind becoming north 20 km/h near midnight. Low zero.

The city of fog is showing itself from its best side today! Not too windy, and shockingly warm, over 20 degrees in the shade!

The first cruise ship of the year!

And what a beautiful day to visit St. John's.... 8 degrees, fog and rain...! But at least there is no wind today, that's a first for a long time!

The post office was of course closed for the weekend, so was the tourist office. So not sure if the postcards I send ever made it to Norway. I gave them to the nice lady at the hotel, and she would post them for me! Time will tell!
